I've been changing some of the lines as I'm figuring out little by little how to sing them. So, I'll post the changes as it happens.
Build and expand With a tile in hand Place it down And add to your town Lengthen your roads Increase your score While watching the others To see what they’ll build for
Within open fields around cities completed Place your farmers in them, or be defeated Farms are essential in final scoring Partially complex yet very interesting
Different ways to score and win You may ask which one is best Go try the various strategies Put them all to the test
Caracassonne, Caracassonne That is the name You and your chosen group of meeples Should join in with the other peoples And play this game
There are different expansions Also to mention stand alone versions There’s little to none in limitation Apply a bit of your imagination
Towers, a princess, a dragon, rivers Bridges, tunnels, guilders, traders Though I haven’t tried them all Hunters and Gatherers is my favorite one Set in prehistoric times, I find it so much fun
Never gets boring, never gets old No wonder why it’s internationally sold! There’s even a version of it to play online Though the original game provides more of a good time
Caracassonne, Caracassonne That is the name You and your chosen group of meeples Should join in with the other peoples And play this game

This is great I love how you put all the gameplay details of Carcassonne into lyrics. You really must find someone who can play mandolin or something like that. Maybe tempo should be even slower

The music style I've been putting together so far is something trance-y. I don't think a mandolin will fit in there, lol!

Go for it! Looks really promising. Edit: Lol melody I was making for my original track fits perfectly with first verse Maybe tempo should be even slower soundcloud.com/luxliev/0103a

I've been experimenting today and I think I've come up with something cool for the middle of the song. I'll be putting in some piano chords to go with these two synth melodies I've put together. I'll check out your new track sometime soon!

Oh that's only harp loop that accidently goes well with the lyrics.

Harp loop? Is there a harp melody in your new track? I don't think I'll be able to fit any harp in my current track. Maybe some other time I'll experiment and see if harp melodies sound any good in Trance, lol. The piano chords though, they work out really well. I've already got melodies and harmonies set up for the middle. It's awesome.

Sweet! This harp loop is all there is in track number 103. As probably everyone when I create melody that I like but don't fit the current track I save it in new file. To be honest I already have another EP album ready but there are some problems with few of my audio files, there is weird distortion on speakers. On headphones everyhting sounds perfect but on my laptop speakers at higher volumes it sounds really bad. Don't have any idea what's the problem. I already asked guys on Newsgrounds for help but maybe you know what's the issue as well. Below you have link to two samples that sound good on headphones and are distorted (almost like clipping) on speakers. soundcloud.com/luxliev/sets/temp-crapHarp in trance that could be really weird but who knows. As you told me yourself "experiment!"

Try equalizing your audio on Audacity. Maybe that will help.
LOL yeah, it would be kinda odd, yet it might be neat. I've got other material to experiment with though. I'll see about starting my intro to the song on Wednesday.
